Haley Goldblatt
Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. She believes therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate process where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.
Haley works with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and difficulties with emotion regulation. She is committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Her therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic interventions. Haley believes healing involves both the mind and body, and she enjoys helping clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, improve their relationship with themselves, and build lives that align with their values.
Haley earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University. In addition to her clinical work, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), a Reiki Master and has several years of experience teaching yoga and incorporating mindfulness and nervous system regulation into her work. She values a holistic approach to wellness that honors each client’s unique strengths, experiences, and goals.
Outside of the therapy room, Haley enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, practicing yoga, traveling, and exploring the connection between mental health, movement, and overall well-being.
