Our Company

Our mission at Bardwell Behavioral is simple: Health means healing.

Bardwell Behavioral was founded in 2021, initially as a response to the growing need for Outpatient Therapy as a result of the pandemic. As an Assistant Vice President at one of the Nation’s largest eating disorder facilities, Bekah was painfully aware of the growing wait lists for outpatient therapy – especially eating disorders – and wanted to help. It wasn’t long before Bekah’s availability was expended, and it was painful to turn folks in need away. Bekah decided that it was time to expand her business, and share her eating disorder knowledge with others who had similar goals – to support people along their healing journeys toward improved functioning and well-being.

Our mission at Bardwell Behavioral is simple: Health means healing. We are all healing from something. Health is often portrayed in the media and by well-meaning providers to be a final destination that we should all strive to achieve as soon as possible. Yet, health is not something that can we can assign as a chore, or assume that its meaning is pervasive. We are all entitled to our own story. Not a story that has been written for us where we all have the same “happy ending”.  At Bardwell Behavioral, you will be encouraged to write your own story based on your own goals, experiences and needs. We will simply be your guides.

Our team at Bardwell Behavioral represents a diverse staff with experience treating a wide array of life stressors and mental illnesses. Our goal is to provide a safe space for all to heal – we look forward to getting to know you and working together.
