When working with Abigail you will address not only your symptoms but also the root causes of your mental health challenges. She collaborates with you to foster an environment of trust in which you can dismantle harmful patterns, reframe negative thoughts, and cultivate self-compassion. Abigail’s focus is on helping clients create an identity and a sense of self-worth that they are proud of. She works to empower her clients to navigate the complex interplay of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that define mental health challenges by utilizing somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, and parts work. While working with Abigail, clients learn to move towards self-discovery, self-acceptance, and ultimately, a renewed sense of agency over their lives.

Abigail’s deep-rooted commitment to well-being extends beyond her office walls. Alongside her pursuits within the mental health field, she is an outdoor enthusiast, a yoga teacher, and a dedicated meditation practitioner. The synergy of these passions influences her therapeutic approach, giving her a unique understanding of the mind-body connection. Her life is rooted in community and meaningful relationships. She believes that healing is amplified within the embrace of a supportive network. Abigail doesn’t just advocate for connection; she embodies it. Whether it’s fostering connections with her clients or nurturing a close-knit community around her, she approaches every relationship with authenticity, compassion, and a shared sense of purpose. When she is not at work, she can be found biking over boulders, wandering through the woods, and frolicking through the flowers with her furry sidekick Ada – Her Australian Shepherd pup.
