Ana Levitskaya

THERAPIST

Ana is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem across the lifespan. She works with adolescents, adults, and families, providing compassionate, evidence- based care tailored to each client’s unique experience and goals.
Ana’s clinical approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family-Based Treatment (FBT), allowing her to support clients in building practical skills for emotional regulation, improving relationships with food and body, and fostering long-term recovery. She has experience treating a wide range of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). She also has experience working with individuals from diverse and intersecting identities and is committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Ana strives to create a safe, supportive environment where all clients feel seen, respected, and valued. She is also knowledgeable in supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism.

Ana believes recovery is possible for everyone. Her work is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and respect, creating a supportive space where clients and families feel understood and empowered. Whether someone is seeking support for themselves or a loved one, Ana is committed to helping them move toward a healthier and more balanced life.

Ana earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia and her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University. She has experience working in agency settings as well as higher levels of care for eating disorder recovery, including her work with Monte Nido, where she supported clients in more intensive treatment environments.

In her free time, Ana enjoys being out in nature, reading, cooking, and traveling. These interests help her stay grounded and bring balance to her work and personal life.
