All other plans can be billed using Out of Network Benefits (OON Benefits) and we will provide a monthly Superbill so that your plan will reimburse expenses at the rated noted on your plan (if plan has an OON benefit.

Fees for specific services are available upon request. We use Simple Practice, the #1 HIPAA compliant practice management software and telehealth service and do ask that payment is stored within this software and usable at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards including Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Account. 

We do offer a sliding scale, and monthly Superbills for those with Out of Network (OON) benefits. To determine if you have OON benefits for behavioral health via your insurance provider, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask your insurance representative to confirm that outpatient behavioral health is covered, and at what rate you’ll be reimbursed, i.e. 80% of session cost.
