Craig Hendrickson
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Craig serves Bardwell Behavioral as the Director of Business Development, a leadership role where he helps guide the company to identify its long-term goals, as well as complete its day-to-day operations. His duties include training the team, managing the internal tech strategy, organizing events, or simply creating excitement about the company.
He calls on his 15 years of experience bringing startups from concept to creation, having performed C-Level duties in executive, operations, and sales roles in several successful businesses.
In his capacity at Bardwell Behavioral, Craig relies on his two-pronged methodology of investing in passionate people and strategic team building to help the company realize its goals while staying true to the founder’s vision.
In his personal life, Craig is a father of two boys, and on most weekends can be found at one (or more!) of their sporting events or practices. He enjoys cooking, camping, biking, movies, live music, and most of all…international travel.
